As part of our mission to accelerate digital transformation at TORUN, we successfully integrated SAP into our TORUN&Schmidt and TORUN Czech facilities.
Our initiative to centralize data management and digitize while overseeing all facilities from a center has been successful. By implementing SAP in our Czechia facilities, we have achieved end-to-end traceability, remote management capabilities, and control over all our processes through a unified system. This SAP Integration project has bolstered our digital infrastructure, enhancing efficiency and streamlining our business operations from production planning to inventory management.
