As a company that cares about and knows the value of contributing to the female workforce in the industry, the success of the “Female Technician Training Program” made us all proud.
At TORUN Brass’s Process Quality Control department, three of our female employees with different competencies from different departments were included in the quality team as technicians after they successfully completed their necessary training.
This once again proved that success is not only based on gender and education; it is possible with the determination, the will and the opportunities given to the people.
We sincerely congratulate our successful quality technician friends Havva Akyürek, Seher AFYON and Canan Özturan, who motivated us to increase our efforts to pioneer the inclusion of female workers in the industry.
