Our social initiative, where we teach our employees’ children the necessary abilities for their upcoming future and design our collective future together, now has a physical space “Kolektif Future Lab” with many workshops and stations for hands-on learning.
The “Kolektif Future Lab” will serve as a place where TORUN Metal employees get together and have fun with their children and families, benefit from the interdisciplinary workshops with the support of trainers and feel the warmth of being a family by sharing common feelings.
